Falcatifolium gruezoi

"Tree 4-12 m tall. Juvenile leaves to 7.5 cm by 7 mm, falcate with the apex curved forward more or less parallel with the branch; lanceolate. Adult leaves in the shade smaller, 3.5 cm by 6-7 mm; sun leaves even smaller, 13-20 by 3.5-6 mm, acute, apiculate, glaucous. Pollen cones 1.7-6 cm long and 1.5-3 mm diam. Receptacle of the seed-bearing structure 2 mm long; seed 7 mm long" (de Laubenfels 1988).
